  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3⁄4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3⁄4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

more chocolate chips (optional) or chopped nuts, to roll the ball in (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until fluffy.
    Gradually add sugars and beat until just combined.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Form cheese into a ball using hand protection (Saran wrap, wax paper, etc).
    Optional- just before serving, roll in additional chocolate chips or nuts of your choice.
    Serve with graham crackers.

  • 2 cups blueberries (or other berries)
  • 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3⁄4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • Half cup milk

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put berries in greased 8″ square pan.
  2. Dribble juice over, and sprinkle with cinnamon Cream sugar and butter Add dry ingredients and milk.
  3. Mix til smooth.
  4. Spread over berries.
  5. Combine sugar and cornstarch.
  6. Sprinkle over batter.
  7. Pour boiling water carefully over.
  8. Bake 45-60 minutes at 350° till browned.
  9. Can be halved in a loaf pan.

  • 1⁄2 cup pecans, chopped
  • One cup flour
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages pistachio pudding mix
  • One cup Cool Whip
  • Half pecans, chopped

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix butter flour and pecans together.
  2. Press in 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Bake ar 350 for 15 minutes.
  4. Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip.
  5. Spread on cooled crust.
  6. Make pistachio pudding with 2 cups milk.
  7. Spread over cheese layer.
  8. Top with a thin layer of cool whip and sprinkle with nuts.
  9. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving. Store in refrigerater.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20 chocolate cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, divided
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • One (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • Half cup peanut butter
  • 1 1⁄2 cups powdered sugar, divided
  • 1 (16 ounce) carton Cool Whip, thawed and divided
  • 15 miniature peanut butter cups, chopped
  • One cup cold milk
  • 1 (4 ounce) package chocolate fudge instant pudding mix

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put 16 cookies in a heavy duty zip-lock bag and crush (I use a rolling pin).
  2. Pour crumbs into a bowl; add butter and toss to coat.
  3. Press crumb mixture into the bottom of an ungreased 9-inch square dish.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in half of the Cool Whip.
  6. Spread over crust.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups.
  8. In another bowl, beat the milk, pudding mix and remaining powdered sugar on low for 2 minutes.
  9. Fold in the rest of the Cool whip.
  10. Spread over the peanut butter cups.
  11. Crush the remaining cookies and sprinkle over the top.
  12. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours

  • 1 (19 ounce) can pumpkin pie filling
  • One (12 ounce) can condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 tea spoon nutmeg
  • 18 ounce box yellow cake mix (9×13 size)
  • One cup butter, melted

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large mixing bowl,whisk the eggs.

  • 19 ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 (12 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • One (11 3/4 ounce) jar chocolate fudge topping
  • 1 cup salted peanuts

Directions:

  1. Cut one ice cream sandwich in half.
  2. Place one whole and one half sandwich along a short side of an ungreased 13x9x2 inch pan.
  3. Arrange eight sandwiches in opposite direction in the pan.
  4. Spread with half of the whipped topping.
  5. Spoon fudge topping by teaspoonfuls onto whipped topping.

  • 2 Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix (small packages)
  • 3 cups milk
  • 8 ounces non-dairy whipped topping
  • 1 (16 ounce) box graham crackers (you will have some leftovers)
  • One (15 ounce) container chocolate frosting

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix together vanilla pudding mix and milk.
  2. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Line 9 x 13 pan with one layer of graham crackers.
  4. Put half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Place a second layer of graham crackers over the pudding mixture.
  6. Put the remaining pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  7. Place a third layer of graham crackers over the pudding mixture.
  8. Heat the tub of frosting in the microwave for 30 seconds to soften. (Don’t forget to remove the foil seal or you’ll get fireworks).
  9. Spread frosting on the top of the last layer of graham crackers.
  10. Cover with plastic wrap and let set a couple hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  11. Cut in squares.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • One cup sugar
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries or 2 cups frozen cranberries
  • 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
  • Half cup melted butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
    whipped cream (optional) or ice cream (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add the nuts and cranberries, stir gently until coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Combine the melted butter and almond extract with the eggs. Mix the wet

  4. Spread into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  5. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
